Answering

Every question has four answers and one is right. Tap the one you think it is — or press 1–4 on a keyboard. Green is right, red is wrong.

The Climb

Pick a difficulty — Easy, Normal, Hard or Extra Hard — from the tabs at the top. Each has its own levels, and each level is a ladder of 20 rungs, one right answer at a time. Within a level the questions get harder as you climb.

Safety nets sit at rungs 4, 8, 12 and 16. Get one wrong and you fall back to the last net you passed — and meet a different question on the way back up.

Reach the top to unlock the next level of that difficulty. No falls earns ★★★, one or two falls ★★, more than that ★.

Daily Quiz

Five questions a day, from easy to extra hard. Everyone gets the same quiz, and you only get one go — so share your result and see how friends do.

Play every day to build a streak. A new quiz arrives at midnight.

Quick Play

Pick a difficulty, the categories you like and how many questions, then deal. No ladder and no falling — just see how many you get right.

Every quiz has a seed. Give a friend the same seed and settings and they get exactly the same quiz.

Coins & lifelines

Coins are hard won — a win pays about one lifeline:

Stuck? Spend coins on a lifeline:

• 50/50 removes two wrong answers.
• Ask the audience shows how a crowd voted. They’re usually right on easy questions — less so on hard ones.
• Swap trades the question for another just as hard.
• Second chance: if your answer is wrong, you get to pick again instead of losing the question.

Each lifeline’s price doubles every time you use it in the same game. There are no lifelines in the Daily Quiz.
